Refund and Returns Policy

At Max Fashions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a refund and return policy subject to the following conditions:

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as non-returnable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same or a different size, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process and help you select the correct size or item.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Ensure the item is securely packed and include a copy of the receipt or order confirmation.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@maxfashions.live.
